Ingredients:
- 2 coconuts
- 1/2 kg goan jaggery
- 200 grams rice flour
- 25 grams cashew nuts (chopped)
Preparation:
- Extract the juice from the coconuts. Keep the first extract (thick
juice) separately from the thinner juice.
- Mix flour into the thin juice and place on the fire stirring
continuously.
- After the mixture thickens add jaggery and later on the thick juice.
- Add nuts after about 5 minutes.
- Keep on stirring till the whole mixture is well thickened and begins
to leave the sides of the vessel and oil begins to appear all around. Pour
it in a dish.
- Cut when cooled.
