Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (400gm each)
- 1 can of full cream milk
- 100 grams butter
- 1 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients - except the walnuts - into a wide pan on a
medium flame.
- Cook, stirring frequently, till the mixture becomes thick and
fudge-like.
- Turn off the fire. Add the walnuts and mix well.
- Grease a plate and spread the fudge out onto it.
- Cool a little and while still warm cut into squares.
