| Aim / Objective: | To help to strengthen the bonds of the family which is getting shaken up due to the erosion of values. As a result of the media in general. | |
| History: | On 29th January, after an inspiring and enlightening session by Fr. Cajetan Menezes who is in charge of the Family cell at the Mumbai Diocese level, the Family Cell was instituted at our parish, St. Dominic Savio. The meeting was well attended and a core group was formed. The Family Cell had its first meeting on 29th January 2004. Ten members attended the meeting, which was presided by our parish priest Fr. Aloysius Furtado. | |

Meetings are held every last Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm in the church hall. Parishioners interested in joining this association can attend the group meeting to register.
